The Hopkinton State Fair and Lancaster Fair are both Labor Day traditions, going on now through Monday, September 2. Each fair offers a demolition derby, truck pull events, and so much more! No matter if you’re a kid or a kid at heart, a fair is fun for all.
Art in the Park
On Saturday and Sunday, August 31 to September 1, Keene will host artists from all over New England, who come to exhibit and sell their work. This free event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will also include live music and food by the Keene High School Interact Club. Taking in the beauty of art while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors is a win-win!
A 71-year tradition, Milford will be saying goodbye to summer with its annual parade at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 2. The parade route will go down Elm Street to the reviewing stand on The Oval and end at the VFW, where there will be refreshments, face-painting, and music! This storied tradition is sure to be a blast!
